Search engines have sames rules for English sites and non-English little markets? I think some rules are the same for both, but in semantic google.com have advanced ways to order results in English.
This year we read somewhere google asking for spam reports in non-English websites, many of us reported spam websites, anyone see results from this reports ? i reported this website twice http://www.papelariapopy.com.br/ background
have the same color of text and links, all first page have hidden text of google result page. Google have spam sites in index, i don't understand, this is not a semantic problem. English v Portuguese, maybe someone have Mattcutts phone number, maybe in 2009 .... Merry Xmas
